The Arkansas Tech University Alumni Association will host a gathering for young alumni in the River Valley on Thursday, July 15. Young alumni will meet at Ruby Tuesdays in Russellville at 6:30 p.m. for dinner (Dutch treat) and the chance to visit with other recent Arkansas Tech graduates.
Alison Parks, coordinator of young alumni, says this will be the first time young alums have met at Ruby Tuesdays for a dinner gathering.
Parks says she hopes area young alumni are able to attend the dinner. She adds, “I would like to invite young alumni from Arkansas Tech to attend the dinner. My hope is that this would be a relaxing break after work and an enjoyable way to stay connected with other alumni in the area. Any young alumni from Tech is invited and welcome to attend.”
Parks says she plans several events for young alumni throughout the year and is always open to new ideas for events for young alumni.
