Arkansas Tech Student Activities Board will be showing “True Grit” this week.
There will be two showings on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. or on Sunday at 9:30 p.m. Popcorn and refreshments will be served.
In the movie, which stars Jeff Bridges, Matt Damon, and Hailee Steinfeld, a US Marshal helps a stubborn young woman test her “grit” as they find her father’s murderer. Parts of the movie were filmed in Arkansas and Oklahoma.
Additionally, SAB is inviting faculty and staff and their immediate family members to watch “True Grit.”
The movie is free to anyone with a Tech I.D.
