ATU’s Kelly Named Top P.E. Teacher

Arkansas Tech University’s Pete Kelly was named 2018 Arkansas Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (ArkAHPERD) higher education teacher of the year during the organization’s annual conference.

Kelly, instructor of physical education, has been a full-time member of the ATU faculty since 2011. He previously served the university in the role of associate dean of students and director of student life.

A native of Ola, Kelly holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees from Arkansas Tech.
