The Russellville campus of Arkansas Tech University and Lake Point Conference Center experienced technical difficulties with some inbound telephone calls during the week after Thanksgiving 2016.
The issue was resolved during the afternoon hours on Thursday, Dec. 1.
The outage caused the caller to receive a constant busy signal upon dialing one of the affected phone numbers.
Departments affected included Human Resources, Accounting and Disbursing, Academic Affairs, Information Systems, Student Accounts, Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar and any other departments in Browning Hall or Dr. Robert Charles Brown and Jill Lestage Brown Hall.
