River Valley Radio, which operates such stations as KCJC 102.3 FM and KWKK 100.9 FM from its studios in Russellville, is seeking input from Arkansas Tech University students as it prepares to launch a radio station designed specifically for the campus community.
The new station will broadcast over 97.1 FM beginning in early 2017.
In preparation for that launch, River Valley Radio has developed a survey that seeks to identify songs, artists, genres of music and types of events that are most popular among Arkansas Tech students so that it can format this student and university oriented radio station to match their interests.
