Paramedic/EMS instructor Ritchie Powers of Russellville was presented the Arkansas Tech University-Ozark Campus Faculty Award of Excellence for Teaching during the 2012 Commencement Ceremony held Saturday, May 12, in John E. Tucker Coliseum at Russellville.
