Arkansas Tech faculty member Marti Wilkerson was recognized by the Arkansas Tech chapter of Delta Sigma Omicron as the 2009 recipient of the Delta Sigma Omicron Lyman B. Harris Award. 
Arkansas Tech posted a second consecutive team score of 306 and moved up three positions to a share of sixth place in the final standings at the University of North Alabama Spring Classic, which concluded on Tuesday in Muscle Shoals, Ala. 
Caleb Powers' first career shutout has earned the Arkansas Tech sophomore Gulf South Conference West Division baseball pitcher of the week honors. 
For the second week in a row, Arkansas Tech's Casey Hammons is the Gulf South Conference West Division softball pitcher of the week. Campus Spotlight
