The Arkansas Tech University Cheerleaders will be in the Capital City this weekend for a cheerleading camp.

Arkansas Tech will become tobacco free on its campuses in Russellville and Ozark on Saturday.  That’s when a new policy banning tobacco on Arkansas Tech property goes into effect.

Today is the deadline for Arkansas Tech University alumni to purchase tickets to attend Tech Night at the Travelers.

Kayla Allison, who earned four letters as a member of the Arkansas Tech volleyball team, has been nominated for the 2009 NCAA Woman of the Year award.
