The 2008 Arkansas Tech Women’s Cross Country starts tonight as Tech hosts Second-Annual Tech Twilight Run on the grounds around Tucker Coliseum.

Most students are just getting used to the idea of reading, homework and tests.  However, one group of students is already setting their sights on Christmas.  The Floriculture class at Arkansas Tech has already started planting poinsettias for the annual agriculture department Poinsettia sale. 

The much-discussed Arkansas Tech defense came through in a big way during a 22-3 season-opening win over the Northeastern State RiverHawks in non-conference football at Thone Stadium at Buerkle Field on Thursday night.  

Communities recovering from storm damage are getting some extra help from the federal government. Almost 14 million dollars has been earmarked for communities in Arkansas and Oklahoma.
