Tech alumni gathered at Chambers Cafeteria on Saturday to continue planning for this fall’s homecoming festivities. Alumni worked as a group to plan some of the activities that would take place during homecoming on the Arkansas Tech Campus.
Julie Morgan, assistant to the president and on-campus coordinator of the centennial, said having alumni from various decades assist in planning was important to ensure a wide variety of activities were offered.
The alumni then divided into decades to work on planning decade reunions. Each decade will be having its own reunion during homecoming festivities this fall.
Each decade group also addressed ways to better engage alumni and get additional alumni involved in celebrating Arkansas Tech’s Centennial.
