Website in a Day | Thursday, Oct. 12
The Arkansas Tech Small Business and Technology Development Center presents Website in a Day on Thursday, Oct. 12, from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville. Does your business need a website? Have you been held back by a lack of funds or technical skills? Come sit down in our computer lab and design a free website using Weebly. Step-by-step, we will help you create a free account and an attractive, functional, five-page website. Cost to attend is $50. Cybersecurity for Small Businesses Webinar | Thursday, Oct. 19
The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center presents Cybersecurity for Small Businesses on October 19 from 11 a.m.-noon. This free webinar will dispel the myth that cyberattacks only happen to big businesses. Common ways criminals access and use business data and techniques small businesses can use to protect themselves and their customers from cyberattacks are the focus of this presentation. QuickBooks Desktop for Beginners | Wednesday, Dec. 6
The Arkansas Tech Small Business and Technology Development Center presents QuickBooks for Beginners workshop for QuickBooks Pro, Premier, and Enterprise software users on Wednesday, Dec. 6, from 8:30 a.m.-noon at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville. This workshop is designed for business owners and their employees with little or no experience using QuickBooks desktop software. Topics include company set up, transactions, working with lists, reconciling accounts, and more. Cost per session is $65. QuickBooks Desktop Day-to-Day Basics| Wednesday, Dec. 6
The Arkansas Tech Small Business and Technology Development Center presents QuickBooks Desktop Day-to-Day Basics workshop for QuickBooks Pro, Premier, and Enterprise software users on Wednesday, Dec. 6, from 1-4:30 p.m.at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville. This workshop is designed for business owners and their employees with little or no experience using QuickBooks desktop software. Topics include working with invoices, payments, bills, inventory and reports. A computer is provided during each interactive session. Cost per session is $65.
