Several Arkansas Tech University students had the opportunity to showcase their experiences as part of a symposium earlier this week.
Students enrolled in the capstone sociology course and the leadership agriculture course participated in the $100 Solution project.
The service learning project asks students to find a need in the community, use $100 to meet the need and partner with another organization to ensure the project is sustained.
During Monday’s poster presentation, students shared about their projects and what they learned as part of this initiative.
The programs were supported by the Department of Campus Life at Arkansas Tech.
