Flavors of Italy on the Menu Thursday Night

Week three of the Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration fall 2017 dinner series will include a choice of Italian main courses on Thursday, Oct. 5, at Williamson Hall Dining Room.

Reserved seating times are available from 6-7 p.m. Members of the Arkansas Tech campus community and residents of the surrounding area are invited to attend.

Cost for the Oct. 5 meal will be $19.95 per person (plus tax). All gratuities are invested in the Walters-Williams Scholarship.

Bacon Wrapped Asparagus (Grilled Asparagus Wrapped in Mozzarella and Bacon; Served with Orange Cream Sauce)

Italian Wedding Soup (Classic Wedding Soup with Flavorful Mini Meatballs, Fresh Spinach and Pasta in Chicken Broth)
House Salad (Iceberg and Romaine Lettuce Topped with Tomatoes, Carrots, Red Onions and Crunchy Croutons; Served with Your Choice of Dressing)

Italian Beef Braciole (Sirloin Steak Stuffed with Prosciutto, Romano Cheese, Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Pine Nuts; Topped with Roasted Tomato Sauce and Served with Rice Shaped Pasta and Sautéed Green Beans)
Chicken Piccata (Pan-Fried Chicken Topped with Lemon Garlic Caper Sauce; Served with Rice Shaped Pasta and Baked Parmesan Crusted Zucchini)

Apple Crostata (Apple Baked in a Pastry Crust; Topped with Vanilla Ice Cream and Bourbon Caramel Sauce)
