Flat Iron Steak, Chicken Marsala Featured

Members of the campus community and beyond will visit Williamson Hall Dining Room on Thursday, Sept. 29, for week two of the Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration fall 2016 dinner series.

Cost for the Sept. 29 meal will be $19.95 per person (plus tax). All gratuities are invested in the Walters-Williams Scholarship.

Below is the menu for the Thursday, Sept. 29, dinner at Williamson Hall:

Appetizer
Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip (A creamy mixture of spinach and artichokes; served with toasted French baguette)

Salad
House Salad (Iceberg and romaine lettuce topped with cherry tomatoes, carrot slivers, herbed croutons and red onion; served with choice of dressing)

Entrée
Flat Iron Steak (A marinated flat iron steak grilled and prepared with a carbernet peppercorn demi-glaze sauce; served with mashed potatoes and sautéed green beans)
Or
Chicken Marsala (Herb-seasoned chicken breast sautéed with fresh mushrooms in a rich Marsala wine sauce; served with mashed potatoes and sautéed green beans)

Dessert
Caramel Apple Cheesecake (A smooth and rich cheesecake topped with caramelized apple mixture and drizzled with caramel sauce)
