Golden Suns Top Crimson Storm 7-2

Arkansas Tech University opened the Great American Conference portion of its spring 2018 tennis schedule by defeating Southern Nazarene University 7-2 in a match played at Edmond, Okla., on Thursday afternoon.

The Golden Suns (6-1 overall, 1-0 GAC) will host Northwest Missouri State University for an 11 a.m. non-conference match at the Chartwells Women’s Sports Complex in Russellville on Sunday, March 18.

Tech will then embark upon a spring break trip to Pensacola, Fla., during which the Suns will take on the University of West Alabama (2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20) and the University of West Florida (2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21).
