CLL Welcomes Shareholders for Meeting

The Arkansas Tech University Center for Leadership and Learning (CLL) hosted its annual shareholders meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 12.

The event is designed to provide current students and alumni with an opportunity to give CLL faculty members feedback so that Arkansas Tech graduate programs in leadership may be enhanced to meet the evolving needs of the education community.

Wednesday’s meeting included a conversation about how the CLL might best implement the new Professional Standards for Educational Leaders 2015, which will soon succeed the 2008 Interstate School Leader Licensure Consortium standards.

Students and alumni in attendance included Tiffany Bone, Laura Carter, Tammy Chase, Kara Chrisman, Michael Hensley, Zach Hettinga, Jennifer Hignite, Amber Johnson, Courtney Kirby, Keri Rathbun, Jennifer Steele, Sarah Stobaugh and Joy Whitlow.

Dr. Linda Bean, Dr. John Freeman, Dr. Mary B. Gunter, Dr. Catherine Nichols, Dr. Terry Nichols, Dr. Brenda Sellers, Dr. Rebecca Shopfner, Dr. Ellen Treadway and Dr. Christopher Trombly were among the CLL faculty members at the shareholders meeting.
